Embroiderers love Aimee Rays "Doodling" collections—and this one-stop resource contains 300 of her most popular motifs, including nearly 30 entirely new designs. Just tear out the perforated pages, iron the reusable patterns onto fabric, grab a needle and thread, and start stitching animals, flowers, letters, balloons, embellishments, and more! Theres no tracing or photocopying required, and a handy, sealable envelope stores the motifs for future applications. Its quick, easy, and fun to do. Review: Excellent Book for Beginners - I really like this book. I’m new to hand embroidery and so I look for simplistic patterns to work with. This is a perfect book for a beginner like me. There are tons of designs with clean lines, and they’re super simple to iron on. The designs transfer very clean and bold on to fabric and felt. The designs are quite simplistic and I do feel a lot of the subject matter is geared towards children, but there are still plenty of great options for more general designs. I love the pocket attached to the back of the book to save your cutout transfers to use again. That was an excellent addition. I’m very happy with this book and hope the author releases more like this with an even larger variety of designs. Review: So Fun!! - These templates are so much fun!! I was a little hesitant to order them not knowing what they all looked like beforehand and upon receiving them I wasn't quite as sure either, since they are in a much different style than I usually do. However, these totally broke me out of my comfort zone and I'm having so much fun! My go-to with embroidery has been flowers, letters, basic stitches, etc. This was my first project using satin stitch and I LOVED how it turned out! There's a good variety of templates, some targeted more specifically towards children, but they would be really cute on children's clothes or a baby blanket. It takes the guesswork out of coming up with a design and drawing it out - lets you skip right to the fun part! The only thing I'd note is that the ink is pretty dark once it's ironed onto the fabric, and it is NOT washable. Once it's ironed on it's permanent! After being so used to using nonpermanent fabric markers I usually treat the template as a guideline rather than a direct template, but with these you have to cover the ink completely or it will show through. I didn't see this mentioned in any of the other reviews or product description, so just be aware of that. One fix I thought of for this though is ironing it onto the backside of the fabric and then using a fabric marker to trace it on the front (holding it up to the light). Depending on the fabric color and type this may not work as well but it's a good workaround if you're working with thin lines or want to deviate from the pattern a little bit. Overall, I'm so glad I ordered these and I can't wait to make more of them!

If you just want to get to stiching, this is the best purchase.
The designs in this book are really cute. I love to embroider, and these patterns just make me happy. I think they have more of a whimsical personality than those from Aunt Martha's, but are right on par with the Sublime Stitching collections. I enjoyed Aimee Ray's Doodle Stitching Book, and many of those patterns are in the transfer pack. However, the original book didn't include any iron-on patterns. I know I could take the time to trace them all with a transfer pencil and make my own iron-ons, but I'm very lazy and I want to get right to stitching. My only gripe with the books is that it can be difficult to find a pattern that you may be looking for. Yes, the book is organized by "Nature" and "Celebration" and other sections, but there are no page numbers on the transfer pages and no image index to reference which transfers may be found under which heading. The transfers have to have a blank sheet of paper adjacent as to not bleed onto the other transfer sheets, so it's a little difficult to peruse.

Great Designs. Transfers Reusable & Good Quality.
This is a really useful book. Doodle Stitching Transfer Pack I have the initial book and disc of the same name Doodle Stitching: The Motif Collection: 400+ Easy Embroidery Designs . I love the designs so much that I was thrilled when this companion book came out. It is filled with the same designs as the original Doodle Stitching Book, however those you had to print, trace and transfer using parchment or another method involving several steps. This transfer pack book is much more practical and time-saving as it allows you to just cut the images out and iron them directly onto your fabric. They can be used multiple times and there is a nice big pocket in the back for storing the cut-outs once they have been used. I have been using this book for about six months now and coudn't be happier with it. Many of the transfers I have used in excess of five times now, and they are still going strong. The designs are nice and big and there are certainly plenty to choose from. This is one of my favorite books to use for embroidering flour sack towels as gifts. With so many different categories of designs I am able to find something that suits just about everyone. If you have any questions leave them in the comments and I will get back to you.

Great for practice and making cute gifts!
This is a great book! The transfers are great for practice or to make your own awesome embroidered works of art! I got it for practice so I could use the doodles to try different stitches. The iron transfer method is very simple and works well. Definitely work the $9!

A wonderful companion to the original book. A full price paid review.
I loved the original book and I used many patterns for t shirts. The transfew book makes the copying of these super cute patterns that much easier. The patterns are all the ones features in the original Doodle stiching and more...there are more sizes, more combinations and more designs. You might wonder why to get this book in place of the origina. The original really gives many, many ideas about how to combine the patterns into various vignettes that are fresh. The pattern book gives you each design separately, without the combined looks in the original book. Personally, I use them both together. I've gotten huge compliments on the shirts I have done with these book, and I recommend them highly. If this review helped you, please click "YES" below. this is a full price paid review.

Disappointed.
I’m so disappointed in this book! On the cover, the designs appear small and very cute; however, inside the book they’re considerably larger. One example is the cute little butterfly...it looks huge (maybe quadrupled?) in size inside the book! I’d never use any of them as iron-on (which is what I was looking for) due to the large sizes. Instead I’ll need to shrink them on a copy machine and transfer that way. I don’t own a copy machine that will allow that so this will cost extra $$$. I just wish the sizes had been true to the appearance on the cover.

Great for beginners and experts
I bought these to kickstart an embroidery sampler journal for practicing embroidery and crewel stitches. There is a nice selection here, though I wish there was more variety in the designs (most of them are of the "cute" variety, such as small motifs to embroider on children's clothing or little zakka projects). There is a good section on florals, which is what I'll use the most. I have this author's books and she's my favorite doodler; in this book, she makes some good suggestions about working the patterns different ways, such as filling in areas versus just outlining with the backstitch, using a chainstitch instead of just outlining, etc. (the book cover gives a good view of this). I wish someone would put out a book with classy iron-on transfers with small motifs geared to all the stitches used in embroidery and crewel for an embroidery/crewel practice primer of sorts. It would save so much time for those of us who work full-time. Maybe I'll start saving motifs as I come across them and pursue that journey at some point.

Iron transfers are the best part
I love embroidery, but don't always find the time for it. When I do, the painstaking process of transferring a design from a book to tracing paper/carbon paper and then the cloth was the most time-consuming. This book makes it a matter of seconds. The transfer process is easy, and the design appears on the cloth very clearly. Love it. The designs are lovely too. Wish there were pics of completed projects in the book though - would help newbie embroiders who don't know how to use colour schemes etc

Really cute and lots of drawings!
It's perfect! I love embroidering, but it can be hard to come up with an idea and draw it on the fabric, this solves both of those problems!

riscos bonitos
poderia ter uma sugestão de pontos. pena que só é transferível uma vez... mas ainda assim é possível copiar com outros métodos.
