THIS IS THE REAL THING!
Altho I could get quinoa at a local market I decided to order this product because it is native to Peru and all products have bought locally and on line from Peru have been some of the best. I am not a true fan of guinoa since I had not tried it but have read and heard much of it's nutritive value. I can now testify to it's truly good taste and satisfying texture.

Good Value - Rinse It Anyway
This is my go-to brand for quinoa for quality and value. While the package says it's pre-rinsed, I rinse it a few times anyway to ensure it cooks up fluffy and separated, not gummy. The easiest method I've found for rinsing quinoa is using a fine mesh sieve/colander nested into a slightly larger bowl. The sieve makes it easy to drain the water without losing any of the quinoa. Place the quinoa in the sieve and add cold water to the bowl to cover. Swirl around the quinoa in the sieve, then drain. Repeat until the water looks clear-ish, not murky. The first couple rinses will look like dirty dish water, proving that rinsing is still necessary for this brand.
