EK Tools Square Punch, 0.50-Inch, New Package , White

Love to punch out my squares on my scrap papers. Saves measuring and they are uniform.

This works really well and will be used for card making. I love that it's space saving.

This actually cuts cleanly...and I am cutting super thin silver foil. Wish they made this in snowflake patterns as the punches I have for this are not good.

Excellent 👍. I love it! Very accurate size and crisp sharp edges. It's a heavy, very well made product. I expect it will last a long time. It had no problem cutting through the heavy chipboard packaging that it came in. I'm going to go on Amazon and purchase every shape this comes in!

I use a lot of the EK punches in my card making. I needed something to use with my "inchies" stamps (1" square stamps) that would leave just a bit of a border. I also have the 1.5" scallop square punch EK Success Tools Punch, Square Scallop, 1.5-Inch, Large and the 1.75" scallop square EK Success Tools Punch, Square Scallop, 1.75-Inch, Large , so I can layer all three and get a nice focal for my smaller cards, or use 2 or 3 on a larger card. EK tools are consistently high quality and easy to store. Very happy with this. June 26, 2013: I also recently purchased this in the 1-inch size so I can punch out my "inchies" stamps, then mount them on the 1.25" square punched cardstock in a contrasting color before layering on the scallop squares as described above. Again, no complaints -- love the way these store "flat," and are easy to use.

I purchased this to make collage art with lightweight cardboard playing cards. After about 1000 cuts the edges started to cut with frays. Wish there was a way to sharpen it. Otherwise a great product. Edit: reached out to support and they suggested using tin foil and wax paper to sharpen. Works a little but I’ve had to replace the punch periodically when it becomes too worn.

I bought this punch to punch out the little 1 inch squares of adorable cuteness that I buy on Esty and it works perfectly. EK punches are amazing punches and almost always work perfectly. I love EK punches so can't say enough about them. You will love it too. Thanks Amazon for always being there when I need something and for Prime for always making it a purchase that is only two days way from arriving at my house! Yes, I had my EK 1 inch Square punch in 2 days and had all my squares cut out in an hour (there were a lot of them) and had my layout down that day. Sweet!!

The best things in life are free. The second best things in life punch square holes into things! This nifty tool has a surprisingly solid build and heftiness to it. It punches effortlessly through card stock, and doesn't jam. Additionally, it has a sliding lock to keep it flat when not in use. Buy it, you won't regret it! Side note: the reviewer who recommended turning it upside down for more accurate was right on...great suggestion!

Actual size of a square was measured along the edges, so the size was exactly right, not like the crappy Recollections Paper Punch I bought from Michaels that cost about the same but was measured diagonally thus the size was inaccurate and didn't have the ability to cut through 1/16" cardboard stock which this punch does without a problem.
