Expected quality for the price
Grinds good beans, just make sure to shake a lot before pulsing. Also don’t pulse continuously, hit the pulse every second and shake shake shake. The storage capacity is good for me cause I like to grind up my beans everytime i want a cup or two of coffee. Cleaning is simple, I wipe with a wet towel. Finally, the taste of the coffee is swell, where I can easily make medium coarse beans within 20 pulses (1 min or less with shaking). But to be honest, it doesn’t grind super evenly but as long as you always shake between pulses you’ll get a consistent ENOUGH result. Worth the price.

great coffee grinder, buy it!
Got this for my coffee-loving daughter, and she uses it every day! It's easy to use, works great, isn't messy. Great purchase.

Great for espresso
I’ve never owned a coffee grinder before this one and have only used it a few times so I cannot vouch for longevity of this device. I bought it to grind coffee beans for my espresso machine and it does it with ease. I even have bought regular ground coffee and finely ground it to look and feel like finely espresso coffee. When I do this the latte or cappuccino smells and tastes so much better than before I grounded it. I just dump the ground coffee in the grinder and grind for roughly 30 seconds and bam, it’s grounded so fine it packs together. Then I dump it in a solo cup and pour in my portafilter. Hey, if it breaks then I will buy a better one but I will use it until it does break because I love the way it grinds the coffee.

The cord storage is awkward at best
This works fine, it has safety feature that it will not operate until the lid is on, protecting fingers from open blade. I just use it for peppercorns, but if I had to use it daily to grind coffee, it would annoy me to pull out and stuff the cord back into the side of this unit. It's like performing a parlor trick to push the cord manually inside the recess of unit on the side, I never saw anything like this before. Usually the cord is stored, being wrapped on the bottom, but this unit is weird. It is impossible also to put the entire cord inside the recess that you are supposed to stuff the cord into, inch by inch. So about 8" of cord still sticks out. This was not a neat or practical solution. Other than that, it's ok, but I would have to say the cord storage is one of the worst ideas ever. They need to go back to the drawing board and make it more user friendly.

Quality product!
Love the size and look of this grinder. Grinds the beans really fast, appears to have a nice heavy motor for grinding and hav stainless steel inner cup and blades. Love it already!

Portable and working well
Best coffee grinder I’ve used so far. One touch push down control is genius design.

I highly recommend.....
This is a great little coffee grinder..I got confused about what to buy when I read reviews saying that grinders they bought would just die.....but, once I thought about it, I understood....any small appliance can only run so long....I have a small food processor that's like that.....I know that when I start to smell, even a little bit, of burnt rubber, I need to stop using it....grinding large amounts of coffee beans in a short period could tax a small appliance...but, I grind beans for my French press...average of 5 tablespoons for a pot....5-7 seconds.... The coffee grinder I had for 30 years still worked... but, it would start running as soon as I plugged it in wether the cover was on or not.....its an accident waiting to happen...so, I'm replacing it... The one I have doesn't have a removable cup and its always been fine....I wipe out lingering coffee after dumping the coffee into the pot and its fine.....I would only clean it if I was going to use it for something other than coffee beans......sometimes having something that you take on and off could end up being a problem and I was fine with the one I had.... The one I had did have settings for different grinds but when it stopped working right, the light didn't always go on so I would just count and THAT was fine, too... So, all things considered, I got this coffee grinder and I expect to use it for coffee for many years to come, and highly recommend it......I have Cuisinart pots, my mother's Cuisinart food processor, which is 45 years old and still works, so I'm happy to have a Cuisinart coffee grinder.......I could have opted for a more expensive model with more bells and whistles but this one is just fine for me....

Too small
I had bought this a few months ago but just had the opportunity to open and use it, while I was using up my already-ground coffee. It is way smaller than I expected and doesn't grind many beans - certainly not enough for a whole pot of coffee. As well, I don't prefer the way the cup does not come out to dump ground coffee - and to wash it. So you have to tip over the whole unit, plus run the whole unit under the sink. If I had not waited so long to open it, I would have returned this today! One good feature is that it is quiet enough.
