The inside diameter is 2 11/16. The outside diameter is 3 9/16. I measured this March 24, 2021'

These DO fit my larger jar lid/mouth (~4 1/2" outside and 3 1/2" inside), so I am quite pleased to have both sizes now for my storage jars.
