Will it fit under the seat of an airplane? I have a Farpoint 40 backpack, can I both packs as carryons on the plane at the same time?

Mine fit under the seat fully loaded l, it should fit under most airplane seats

Nice to see the 1st review of this bag. Can anyone share more photos of the main and the front (3 pockets)

Will this fit a 16” MacBook Pro?

Maybe. I have a Lenovo Legion 5 pro 16” (the port section on the back of the laptop makes it about 17”) doesn’t go in all the way, I would suspect that if the laptop is genuinely 16” from front left corner to back right corner, it could fit pretty snuggly.

Is the laptop sleeve removable?

No, the padded laptop sleeve is not removable.
