It's an infused oil with the flavor of white truffles, just in case some of you aren't aware of what the product is and expect actual truffles to be floating around. Believe me, you don't know the price of truffles if you think you can get truffle oil for this price. But the flavor is there and does enhance certain dishes. I especially like to use it on eggs. The customer service is impeccable. I've ordered the product on Friday and received it on Sunday.
