2nd order and taste like beet juice. After a couple bottles it's acquired drinkable taste. Do I get excited thinking omg beet juice. NO. I will definitely order again it is beet juice without corn syrup.

If you are looking for the benefits of a great tasting beet juice, look no further. This is an excellent product that you will enjoy. Lots of good health benefits and is very refreshing. Reasonably priced with fast delivery. I can most definitely recommend this product if you enjoy a great pure beet juice.

I originally started drinking beet juice because I believe it to be a healthy food, but not especially a "treat." After getting accustomed to it, I now look forward to my daily beet juice for its flavor as well as nutrition. I like that it contains nothing but pure organic beet juice and a little organic lemon juice (instead of salt) as a flavor enhancer. It could be my imagination or a "placebo effect" but drinking beet juice before a workout seems to give me more endurance. It's a great product if you can ever get it. A couple of months ago, I reordered 2 cases of this product. 3 times in a row it has been "undeliverable" and then refunded and reordered. Now my 4th order is in limbo -- last reported at a local UPS distribution center several days ago with no further info. Apparently, there are new people on the job being believing they have to work fast -- unfamiliar with the concept, "haste makes waste."

I love Lakewood Organic Pure Beet juice, but I can no longer order this product through Amazon because the last three times I’ve ordered, the bottles were damaged and broken because of the USPS mishandling. Very disappointed because it’s not a product I can easily find in my local stores. I wish the company had an alternative option for delivery.

I researched beets after recently having elevated BP levels Postpartum. I have a family history of BP and cardiac issues, and if I could avoid prescriptions I would, no matter how convenient it is to pop a pill instead of change in lifestyle. Anyway, out of many products I found this to be beneficial. I have been drinking a glass or two a day and I have noticed a slight decrease in both, systolic and diastolic numbers. I am also taking the very low dosage of BP medication prescribed (Labetalol HCL 100 MG), however the more significant difference in numbers came after drinking this the past few days. I also read a journal on Knowable Magazine on beets and beet juice and their study of many different beet juice products. On their list of a few preferred and tests beet juices was this. This was an independent study, so that was good to know. They claim it also enhanced heart function in patients with heart failure.

Its a great product. But they can't deliver it. Perhaps because it's in glass containers, which is great but the delivery is an issue. Ordered 5 times and 3 out of 5 something went wrong with the order. When you ask for a refund - they tell you it was delivered and I should go around and ask neighbors if they stole it (or something like that). Very hard to get a refund for a product that never made it to you. Again - great product, really great. If you can receive it.

This product has helped my digestive system. The taste is okay too; best when refrigerated. However, it's pricey. I had an awful experience with delivery by Fed Ex. The delivery person totally mis handled this fragile shipment; two out of the six bottles broke, leaving a 64oz of red beet juice mess ( it looked like a crime scene) all over the apartment entrance carpet!! I contacted Amazon customer service they apologize for the bad experience, not only did they resolve the matter at hand, I was reasonably compensated for inconvenience that was caused by the delivery person lack of respect. I will not buy this product from Amazon, I am apprehensive about that situation happening again. Fortunately, I found in it a local grocery store and the cost is lower. A win win outcome.

Okay. Let me go on record and say that I HATE beets. I really do. I've tried and tried to like them, but no matter how they are prepared, I just can't. But I am on a restricted diet due to a potassium deficiency, and it was recommended I consume two to three 4 oz glass of natural beet juice every day, since low potassium can lead to an increase in blood pressure. I was skeptical about the taste of this (because remember, I hate beets) but after my first drink of it, I was convinced. Plus, my blood pressure has normalized now, and this juice is an excellent source of potassium. It does taste like beets - has an earthy odor and taste - but for me, my palate prefers it cold. Some others may like it warmed. But this is my go-to drink now for getting the natural vegetable fiber and potassium I need. Thanks, Lakewood!
