Doesn't look like Tuna sawdust
Holy smokes, I was shocked to see big chunks on tuna in these cans. Most tuna has that crumbled sawdust look to it, this looks like tuna steaks. The flavor of this and the Albacore is superior to almost every other canned tuna that I have had, right next to Ortiz. Great product and value.

Wow, great tuna
It's a bit pricier than regular tuna, totally worth it. The taste and quality is so much better than the other tuna.

Stopped buying it because..
I'd like to start by saying, I wish someone from the Genova company could explain to me why the Yellowfin Tuna in water with sea salt is more expensive than that with Olive oil? Isn't olive oil more expensive than water, or is this a supply and demand thing? Not too long ago I was ordering the sea salt version and was paying less than 40 bucks for a 12 pack and overnight it went to over 50 bucks, a substantial increase while the Olive oil version has remained pretty much the same price. I love the tuna, but I switched over to Safe Catch, a product that I find marginally better in quality with a significantly lower cost.

Better than my friend's story
My friend told a really boring story about this tuna. I bought it anyway. It had all the spice and taste lacking in his description.

Too much sodium
I usually purchase this tuna in olive oil. I switched to tuna packed in water because there’s a 100 cal difference per can. I was literally shocked by the sodium level! It’s inedible for my taste. It tastes more fishy and salty and it’s just not as good. I have 12 cans of it! I won’t be buying it again. I do recommend the product packed in oil.
