Quality Module - Works with 3.3 VDC
This seems to be a quality TTL to RS232 module. It works well with Raspberry Pi. The 3232 chip appears to be a Sipex SP3232EEN, which based my understanding, is now being produced by MaxLinear. I did not verify functionality for use with hardware flow control, but the CTS and RTS pins are available on the TTL side and every pin on the DB9 connector is soldered to the board. Even the jumpers that came with the module are good quality! Very straightforward to use.

Works well
This adapter actually works, and works well. Not a knock off chip. Great for giving a Raspberry Pi, or ESP32 a DB9 serial port. The signal voltage conversion is very reliable.
