Great faucet!!
Worked perfectly! Just make sure that the pipe you are attaching it to has threads to screw it on to. I saw other ones on here that were threadless. I'm going to say this faucet is as standard as standard gets if you're going the cheap route. Stopped all water draining out of the faucet and diverted it into the showered where it is wanted.

Excellent fit and upgrade. Get one!
Excellent and affordable! My old plate was decades old (rental apartment where they do zero upgrades) and extremely corroded. I love the new spout, and the installation was as easy as unscrewing the old one and screwing this one in. I did have to get a decorative plate though for where it meets the wall, as I had a bit of a gap. See pictures for before and after.

Works For What I Needed
If you go to a big box store, all they have are spouts that can either be twist on, or they can have a hex screw attachment. They come with parts for both options, depending on what your bathroom outlet needs. But that means there are more parts to figure out. So I ordered this one - it twists on, like I needed and I don't have to fuss with anything else. It works just fine and was worth the cost. It's not high-end and fancy, so one star less, but perfectly simple for what I needed in my not-high-end bathroom.

Basic but does the job
Iโve never changed a tub spout, but I watched a YouTube video and installed it in 20 minutes. Super easy diy and itโs good quality. Not overly fancy, but works as advertised and now my bathroom isnโt stuck in shower mode! Itโs been about 2 months and I havenโt noticed any leaking from anywhere on/around the spout.

Simple To Install And Works Great!
Our old tub spout had aged to the point it was leaking when the plunger was raised and it was just plain looking bad. I had to use a pipe wrench to remove the old spout but was able to install this spout by hand without any tools. I did put on a spout cover that sits against the wall behind the spout for appearance and to prevent needing to use any caulking to seal the spout. A few turns later, and things were working perfectly. The plunger lifts so easily compared to the old one that it almost doesn't feel like I am lifting at all. Easy to install, looks and works great at a reasonable price compared to local home improvement stores - a win all around!

Looks good stops water poorly
Looks great functions poorly because when shutoff is pulled it still let's some water through the spout. That was the reason I bought a new one.

Great Replacement Tub Spout for a Quick Bathroom Refresh
Great Replacement Tub Spout for a Quick Bathroom Refresh This Danco tub spout with front pull-up diverter turned out to be a solid, no-nonsense replacement for an aging fixture. My old spout had mineral buildup and leaked whenever I pulled the diverterโthis one threaded right on without fuss. As long as your existing setup uses a ยฝ-inch threaded pipe that extends about 4 inches from the wall, installation is a breeze. A little plumberโs tape and hand-tightening were all it took to get a watertight seal. The chrome finish looks clean and modern, matching well with existing hardware and giving the tub area a nice update. The diverter rod lifts easily, and it directs nearly all water to the showerhead with no drips or backflow. Construction feels sturdier than many lightweight models at local stores. Things to note: this wonโt fit slip-on (copper) pipe connections, so double-check your setup before ordering. Also, like most budget tub spouts, the internal zinc components may not last forever in hard-water homes, but at this price point itโs easy to replace again years down the line. Bottom line: a great value, easy-install tub spout that looks good, works perfectly, and refreshes your bathroom for under twelve dollars.
