Great upgrade for my FSR HH Squier Affinity Tele!
As a fan of titanium, I knew this stuff would be a chore to PROPERLY install. Sure, you could just slap it in there as a direct replacement, if you don't care about sharp corners, or high action. I used S.M. nut files and a belt sander and spent a few HOURS to get it where it needed to be. Very nice, reminiscent of brass nuts from the 80s, 'cept matches the color of the frets and looks 10x more METAL. Solid addition and should last forever. Instead of maintaining the slots with a file when frets wear down, I'd rather just do more frequent refrets (less time consuming).

Unbreakable Guitar Nut
A good friend of mine bought one for his guitar a few years ago. He has replaced DOZENS of guitar strings since then, but not this nut! Hence why I have bought one myself!! And his still looks brand new as well!

You may need to shim this.
I bought this as a replacement for a plastic nut that I had on a homebuilt guitar I have. It was two things early on. I found out it was a bit wider that the nut I had. So I had a choice to either sand the titanium nut or the guitar's slot. I carefully filed the guitar nut slot wider. Once I got it seated, I noticed that it was too low for the slot. (and no I didn't make the slot deeper). I had to shim it some to get the first position 1st E string not to buzz. I don't plan on changing this out again any time soon. This particular nut is lower on the high string side. I can't say whom this will or will not work for. For most this is probably not a drop in guitar part.

Know your specs
I see alot of others who either underestimated the strength of titanium, didn't believe it was titanium, wasn't sure what titanium is or didn't measure their current nut. Not really fair to knock stars off and put the responsibility on Guyker for it. Whether you have a budget guitar or a guitar you spent more money on the name then the guitar, this nut will surely improve your tuning stability, sustain and even a noticeable attack that wasn't there. String type can play a huge role, nanowebs tend to sharpen up a bit, polywebs which are already sharp sounding are sharper but not brittle, it's like having a free compressor with the attack cranked. The elusive B string doesn't wander off anymore, and it just looks nice. If you use it right, it'll treat you right

Make sure you are getting the Right ONE teeny tiny is not an understatement.
I gave it 5 out of 5 cause I order the wrong one it is what it is but please read it may save you. The Fender One is a very very small teeny tiny of a thing almost like an eyelash. well, I exaggerate a bit but it is small. like the fender nut for some of the old fenders. if you need it for other guitars look at getting the Gibsons one it is the only other one. the string lineup is somewhat a little off when it come to the machines depending on your guitar's make. but if you are intuitive you can figure it all out. it is a tough nut to work on but it is worth it in the long run. I end up putting one on my Washburn HM80 the elusive guitar that was a prototype that my nut crack on only a few days ago. so I gave her some love and well got the wrong one and then had to get the Gibson. So lesson learn and hope you can learn from my mistake. happy playing.

Well made
Good product but I don't have the patience to try to fit it because of the hardness of Titanium. Very time consuming so I went with good ol trusty bone.

This thing rocks -- but don't expect any nut to be a drop-in swap. Ever.
Here's a tip.. if you don't know *exactly* what width of nut you need (Modern, Vintage, Other), measure the existing one. This nut measures 42.95mm wide by 3.4mm thick -- which is totally on spec for a modern Fender Strat nut. So, I just finished installing one of these on a MIM Fender Strat and a Frankenstrat with a Mighty Mite licensed neck. The width and thickness are perfect. Out of the package -- this nut, like *every other nut I've ever installed* is too high and will need to be filed to adjust the height. I can also tell you that filing this thing down is a good bit tougher than filing nu-bone, bone, or Tusq material. After all, it's titanium lol.

I changed most of my guitar nuts to these Guyker ones. They really help the sustain of the guitar.

Looks good, I haven't fitted it to a guitar yet. Received it in a timely manner.

Works great with my Bigsby B5 equipped Tele partscaster.. Needed to file a bit to sit it it’s place. By reducing the width & height. Installed on a budget friendly neck bought here on Amazon. I liked the GraphTech graphite nut I had. Just wanted to experiment. After a week I decided to leave it on due it’s look more than anything else. Plus, tuning stability has not changed at all.
