Having gotten comfortable with that sauce, I expected Mad Dog 357 (at 357,000 Scoville units) to be a piece of cake. Boy was I wrong. This sauce is different. Other sauces have spice, but this one has a kick. That is, a drop of this hits you immediately as though you've just been kicked in the face. After that initial wave (which often induces coughing), you'll feel the lingering heat ramp up. My lips often get pins and needles from this sauce, which very rarely happens to me in quite the same way from other sauces. All of this happens from just a single small drop. If you want a sauce so hot that it will leave you in pain, this is it. Beyond the extreme heat though, this sauce also tastes great. It has a deep, slightly fruity (from the Habaneros), peppery taste.
