It was recommended that I wear knee sleeves to keep my knees warm and give me just a little support. I followed the procedure to determine the size I needed (measuring my knees with a tape measure). It worked fine and the sleeves fit just fine. Just slightly snug. I wore them during my exercise and I felt the added support (without cutting off my circulation) and my knees were toasty warm. I recommend this product very heartily. I do some mobility work outside in 30 degree weather (running sideways, backwards, etc). I'll put these on for that outside work to keep my knees warm and give them a little support. I'm very pleased with the product and I recommend it heartily. And what a great price ! ### ⭐⭐⭐ Just OK. I bought them for weightlifting, and I used the size chart, measuring around my patella per the instructions and ordering accordingly. They are nice and snug where they rest above the knee and below the knee, but around my knee itself they are not as tight as I would like, and the sides even bulge out a little once I start moving around. As a result, they don't provide the kind of compression and support that I am looking for on my knee itself when lifting heavy.They aren't all bad by any means. They do provide at least light knee support. The thick neoprene also keeps my knees nice and warm, which helps me feel super flexible for the squats and olympic lifts, which is nice. My main complaints are that they require regular adjustments and don't provide solid compression on my entire knee.If you are looking for light knee supports these would be fine. I've been getting more serious about my weighlifting and I would always see people with knee sleeves on. I used to write it off thinking that any advantage to be had was a placebo effect but after trying these I'm convinced of the benefits. Apparently the point of the knee sleeve is to help keep your knees warm, fluid and flexible to get prime movement on your lifts. These definitely do that. Not to mention I just feel different when I'm reaching maximum depth on my squats, lunges and other knee bending exercises. The difference is the feeling of overall protection and support while pushing weight and I feel it the most when I'm getting to the upper and max end of my range.I would definitely buy these again if I ever needed to and I would recommend them to anyone look for a knee sleeve. Also, these are priced well enough where it might be a good idea to buy a few pairs and just leave them in various places so you never forget them (e.g., home, office, car, etc.)I also like the design and logo.
