A: Yes it does. The only question there is with the directions is to tie the pom pom with string instead of the yarn you wrap around the pom pom. If you are going to tie very tight, the yarn may break so string is a better option.

These are the ones I used. They work great and have a spring so easier on your hands. I also have a big pair of these I use.
