Helps with racing heart and anxiety
I have not slept in weeks , I wake up with my heart racing in the middle of the night and a lot of anxiety . The doctor prescribes meds that have not been effective . I researched magnesium and read some reviews and this brand really works . I hope it continues to work for me but last night was the first time in weeks my heart was not racing in the middle of the night . I was able to go back to sleep and not feel panic . I’m thankful I found this product .

This product works. I am more relaxed, sleep through the night, and has helped with my blood pressure. I gave it four stars because it keeps me way to groggy the next morning, even just taking one capsule. This makes it hard for me to get around in the mornings. I think they need to make a lower dose for for those that are sensitive to supplements and medication.
