Since I am so addicted to it, especially soon dobu, I decided to try making it at home on my own. I have tried making it on my old clay pot and thought it would be just fine. After several tries, it's just not right. I did some research and bought this Dolsot stone bowl. I was so surprise how easy to use and care. I can use it for stir fry. I can use it for making all kinds of Korean soups. I can even use it for other type of cuisine such as Udon! Dolsot stone bowl keeps my food warm throughout the entire meal even in this cold winter. And the most important thing is it tastes MUCH BETTER than a regular clay pot. It's also very convenient to be able to eat it directly from the stone bowl. A nice presentation on your table. For cleaning, I just put it into my dishwasher and there is no residual smell afterwards.
