Installation was simple once the front splash guard was removed (Retained by two 10mm bolts in the rear, one Philips screw on either side in each wheel well, and a row of 10mm bolts along the front). The old hose often has to be carefully cut for removal to prevent breaking the plastic fittings on the motor and radiator. I highly recommend replacing the upper radiator hose at the same time if it has not already been replaced. If the car has the original hoses, new quality clamps should be purchased as well, since the factory clamps often rust and break during removal. This is a good time to replace your old thermostat and thermostat O-ring as well. Don’t forget to drain the coolant BEFORE attempting to remove the hoses.
