Play-Doh Box o' Color Set

It is the same great Play-Doh most people are familiar with in 16 different colors with one-ounce portions, but the original packaging is NON-resealable plastic wrap. If you know Play-Doh, you know it has to be stored in airtight containers and I was amazed these were not shipped in resealable zip-lock type bags. So, you have to furnish your own zip-lock baggies or preferably, keep them in durable airtight containers, or even better, save your old Play-Doh containers for re-use with this product!Environmentally this is a sound practice as you do not have 16 small plastic tubs to throw out after the product eventually wears out, but the marketers should state this explicitly in the description and on the package. They might even sell more if they marketed it as reducing plastic waste! Note that the one-ounce sizes are the equivalent to the small Play-Doh tubs and not the more familiar amount in the larger three-ounce size traditional tubs of Play-Doh.

I gave this a 3 star rating because I didn't expect that I would need to have an airtight container for the play doh once I opened up the package. This is a great deal, 16 different colors, but it doesn't come with a container. If you have an airtight container, this is a great deal!

These are enough to refill the small containers. I was disappointed by the amount in each indivually packaged color. In the future I would buy two so that I can refill the larger containers. My kids have enjoyed having more playdoh to play with, and as always it is a great product.

This was a gift for a little boy, who lives a couple of thousand miles from us. We hear that he enjoys it greatly.

I'm not sure why this got so many good reviews. It's playdoh in plastic wrap. Yes, I can put them in my purse for on the go, but then what? I'd rather have a re-sealable can. I'm not sure this packaging makes sense. Go to Walmart, get their individually wrapped cans for $.50. You can pick and choose what colors you want, how many and don't have any annoying toys included.

Didn't realize these were one time use. Tried to save them in a bag but it didn't really work out. Id opt for the container ones next time.

Some came already dried out even though the package was still sealed.

they are okay. very small. there are a nice array of colors. can be used in a party bag as gift favors
