Jawbone UP 24 Bluetooth Enabled - Small (5.5-6 inches) - Onyx (Certified Refurbished)

This is the second up24 I've purchased. Both were refurbished and much less expensive than many new products on the market. The first one lasted one year and because of a remarkable deal, I purchased the same model. It does all I need; counts steps, rates meals, monitors sleep, includes good articles and positive suggestions and encouragement on the app. This, along with Myfitnesspal app, has made me accountable and I lost 25 pounds in 9 mo and am maintaining it. It really becomes a habit.

I love my jawbone, but I can’t use it because I can’t get the app. I thought my other jawbone was broke, so I ordered another and still can’t get the app. Went on line and it said the app was not working, but I still can’t get it?

This product (Jawbone Up 24) appears to work but since the app (or website) is required for the product to work, I have had NO success using this product. The website has been down and there is no estimated time. So I dont know if its tracking steps because I cant register it or create an account. I am pretty sure I wasted my money. I will wait another week or so but so far I am super disappointed that this product was sold since the company is probably going out of business and products cannot function without the webpage being up.

Fits well and is working. I got this as a replacement for another UP24 that failed and I wasn't ready to process a return.total crap!!!UPDATE: It failed within two months. I got the UP3 instead (just because I love the UP app)

Gave as a gift to young granddaughter and she loves it. Works well and the iPhone app is decent. It's not bluetooth so you do need to plug into phone to get your readings.

this is a very small wristband - the measurements suggested will be snug on your wrist (but not uncomfortable) - if you want something a little looser I would suggest going the next size up.

when I first got it worked great. The app was amazing and this style was fashionable enough to wear every day. However, the tip got stuck in the charger and would not come out no matter what I tried. After a few months of use, I had to toss it

I love this so much! I had some problems getting it working, but after a phone call to jawbone they helped me get it working perfectly. They have no best customer service and no phone trees. They know what they are talking about. I love that it is such a simple product to use and for a great price. I definitely recommend this to anyone thinking about it!!
