No other prescription meds (oral & topical) work on this particular joint. I gave some to a colleague with low back issues and she said she slept well for the first tine in a week (when it went out). Finally, my best friend tried some on her shoulder (soft tissue tear - she’s having surgery soon) and it also gave her enough relief where she could sleep (pain meds don’t).
