Excellent replacement part
This hazard light switch was exactly what I needed for my older BMW. The fit was spot-on, installation was straightforward, and it works just like the original. Fixed it!
Central locking button quit first, then hazards button didn't respond. This item was a fast swap out and fixed the problem. Over time, spilled liquids had gotten in the original button and corroded the contacts to a non-working state. Since my 2001 BMW 330ci 'vert is 21 years old, I guess it was time to replace the button. Bad design move on BMWs part to place the button that close to the cup holders imo but they didn't ask me, replacing the button took about 5 minutes. Easy fix, good price, a month later there have been no issues.

Not the same
while this item functions as the OEM version, the sheen and color is off from the original and looks lower quality. If you are just looking for function, this will work, but it's not a match to the OEM BMW switch. TOP one in the one is OEM, the AMAZON version is the one on the bottom

Fixed issue. Exact replacement!
This was exactly as described , same as one removed , fixed central locking issue immediately! Only issue I had was going by manufacturers instructions, so double ck w dealer bc after two hours of taking apart console , the only way to the part was through shifter. Removed easily w lifting uo w silicone tool , pushed out old part snapped in the new one ! Book was totally incorrect for the convertible ! Part was perfect !
