This is a nice quality sturdy press. It's very easy to use and keep clean. I definitely recommend using the parchment for the top and bottom to keep your burger from sticking, but that's the same with any press. We have used this several times now to make large batches of burgers for parties and it has made things so much easier. You get uniform, perfect patties every time.

This is perfect. I bought it today and got a 10 lb package of ground beef. I first made one that was a half pound but some of the beef squished out around the sides so I reduced it from 8oz to 6.5 and it was perfect. Even the 7-7.3 came out ok. I cooked 3 of them and froze the rest. It didn’t come with enough papers for the whole 10 lbs so I took my square patty papers, used one of the round as a pattern and cut around it. My papers I ordered with this won’t be here for 2 more days but I don’t want to hold the beef in the fridge until then.

I love this thing! Pressing patties with this is easy and its a good value for the money! Buy more Patty papers though!

The item material is okay, but the patty always sticks to the sidewalls and breaks when removed, even when using butter paper for the bottom.

Glad it is non-stick, easy to make perfect patties

Did exactly what it’s supposed to do! The maximum amount of 80/20 or medium ground beef I can fit in this is 5oz. Makes nice patties and I like the grooves it presses into them. Be sure to follow the directions and also put a piece of paper on the top and bottom, and you’ll be grilling perfect burgers in no time! I highly recommend flash freezing for an hour before putting them on the grill though.

Makes a good patty

This will replace my other bulky burgers press. It does not stick if you line the wax paper at the bottom and top of the burger. I just give a tap or 2 on the side and it falls right off cleanly. One minor negative is the liners that come with the unit are slightly bigger so it pushed up a bit in the bottom plate. However it stay flat after you take the burger out. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase.

Only problem I had with can’t get a good grip with this handle It’s quite painful
