Super annoyed that there was no information listed on how to do the personalization. I did read the reviews and questions- I found that I had to email them with what I wanted. I sent the email and it was undeliverable, I checked the email address and resent. Again, undeliverable. Because of this my ornament showed up not personalized. I was shocked at the quality of this very inexpensive item! Customer service was very helpful with my questions and personalized the item just as I had requested. I am amazed a company would still provide this type of service in today's world. The colors are stunning and the ornament was sealed so the product has a nice sheen to it - which only adds to the look! The personalization was marker, for some reason I thought it would be paint. The writing was too small - very neatly written, just way too small - there was room on the ornament to write larger, not sure why it wasn't done this way. I accidently smudged the writing, which led me to discover I could wipe off all of the writing - which I did - and I rewrote the info sharpie. (actually rewrote it several times to get it right!) Although I rewrote the personalization - I highly recommend this product AND this company!
