Worked better than expected
Just finished the course, started with 74.3kg and at the end of course I’m 69.5kg, that is 4.80kg (just over 10 pounds) that I have lost. Followed the dietary recommendations received in the pack and worked out on my exercise bike 3x30 minutes weekly. I would recommend this product

This really worked for me, it's hard to say whether it was learning about the portion control or the supplements but I lost a lot of weight both during and after using this.

Easy to complete the detox
I found this a really easy detox to complete. The meal plus shake/s kept me feeling full up all day.

Used 9 day plan lost 5lbs
Used the 9 day detox and lost 5lbs, I was also exercising for about an hour a day doing 2 days functional training, boxing 1 day a week and walking on the treadmill to get 10,000 daily steps in. This detox made me feel really full, I had to eat more than 600 calories a day as I’m shredding so was eating about 850-900 then burning about 600 through exercise, but I had lots of energy and slept much better. Just purchased the 30 day plan. Love the chocolate flavour.
