The plan was to continue squats on the total gym after PT. It came without the stable foot board though. That was more than 10 years ago. Now I've finally had a knee replacement so I purchased this footboard. It's perfect. My recovery is going well and I have augmented my routine with 1 legged squats using the total gym.
