Defective. Leaking from inside the neck of the faucet. Warranty issue. Will update if this is resolved.

This is a great faucet. The design is current and the water flow is good. It has a very nice finish. I am pleased with my purchase.

Older model started leaking after many years so got this as a replacement. Works great but a little shorter (distance between faucet open and sink top and lower than expected. The water pressure is less from the faucet than previous model but we can get more pressure by us the spray function which had stopped working on replaced model.

Easy to install. The installation instructions are wanting so use the installation video in the Amazon product description. The only additional item I would add to the video is how to adjust the temperature range on the tap i.e. how far the hot throws. Quality product. All the parts are solid and engineered well. Feels like quality when you use it.

It looks nice, very modern with a nice finish. Unfortunately, it does not function well and I had to replace the sprayer head, which cost $60, after just over a year. The sprayer head would randomly switch from stream to shower without engaging the back lever. Also, the aerator that comes with it produces a quiet, clear stream of water that is visually pleasing, but splashes water everywhere. The water is not actually "aerated." Be prepared to wipe down your counter, walls and floor after rinsing your dishes or washing your hands.

We used this faucet at a previous house and it was great. We bought one for our house in April and it's broken less than a year later. It gets stuck in sprayer mode. I took the entire sprayer head down to individual parts carefully, the spring that holds the diverter is flimsier than a wound paperclip. It's the dinkiest piece of wire. The unit isn't just defective, it's very poorly engineered. I filled out a request on the site but I can't upload any images because it said their account (probably cloud storage quota) limit is reached on uploads. Their message box for sending them a message only allows a twitter post sized message, arbitrary limit. You can't just buy a replacement aerator, their support linked to a "spray straightener" tool that had that and an aerator ... for $50. Just stay away, get something more mainstream. Waste of $250 we will probably have to buy another faucet if they don't help us fix this one.

I normally shop locally for appliances especially water faucets and what not incase something just isn't working or it's not particularly what I wanted! I stumbled onto this faucet because I need a faucet that isn't to large as it's a smaller sink like a bar sink and the normal 15" faucets over power the setting. This faucet is 13" and upon installation is perfect! I had a new faucet installed previously and it was fine but it didn't have a pull down tap which I need to clean the sink more easily and fill pots beside on the stove! I did also notice there were used previously opened units offered for less so I took the leap and am glad I did! Everything was in the box and install went smooth! The fit and finish is very good, everything like pulling the pull down to turning the water tap feels quality!

Perfect functioning. The only issue is the length of the water cable (could be longer).

I ordered this tap from Amazon. Its a smaller version (bar tap) of the tap I have in my kitchen. I received delivery of the item on August 13, but the cabinet installation in my newly renovated pantry was delayed a few weeks, which resulted in the plumber coming about 2 weeks later than expected to install the tap. After spending an hour trying to get it to work properly (on my dime, and a plumber's time is expensive) the plumber advised that there was an internal defect in the tap. I immediately contacted Amazon to arrange for a replacement. They refused, leaving me high and dry on my own to try to work something out with the manufacturer, saying that they only provide a 30 day window for returns, and I was outside this window, therefore they wouldn't help. Thanks Amazon. I won't be coming back to you for anything anytime soon.

La qualité est excellent comparativement à d’autres marques de robinet de cuisine. Le seul hic, ça coule légèrement sous le lavabo. Je dirais quelques gouttes. Ce n’est vraiment pas problème en soit et ça n’abîme pas le meuble de lavabo.
