Good for measuring free Cl
I buy these for work, so this review might not be verified. We have 7 of these in service at a time and most of them are used daily during business operations. We use them to measure free chlorine aiming for 2-6 ppm. They are pretty easy to use and I do like them. They also seem pretty accurate and consistent. (Free Cl) They seem to last pretty long. I have had to replace or repair a few in the five years that this has been part of my job. However I don’t think that is terrible give how much we use them. I’ve never had a problem with water resistance usually it’s a battery connection gone bad, which I can fix with some soldering or a problem with it’s circuits which merits replacement. I’d say I replace about 1 a year so they probably last 5-10 years with daily use.
