Kenney KN80437 Marble Ball End Standard Decorative Window Curtain Rod, 66-120" Adjustable Length, Brown Finish, 3/4" Diameter Steel Tube

I’m a simple person and often don’t get around to things like curtains. Suddenly, I found myself with a need for blackout curtains. I looked numerous local places and didn’t find anything with a natural, but elegant look until finding these. I was skeptical because the price was lower than I’d seen locally and a few reviews indicated they were not as pictured. Once installed, all reservations fled. This is a marble product and colors do vary BUT the ends are well matched and the aesthetics are exactly to my preference. Quality is as good as others I’d seen for higher prices.

I order 2 of these.. in different lengths.. I love them... very nice, they give a richer look to the drapes than a wood rod... The very very easy to install also... And they came with every thing I needed to install in either wood or dry wall... It only took about 10 minutes to install both of them... of course I knew right where my tools were for a change..lol.. you only need 4.. a rubber mallet of a hammer, a screw driver and a tape measure and a drill with a 3/16 bit.. a pencil will be handy too so make that 5 tools..but they are very nice looking, sturdy, and install in minutes..I loved the locking screws too... great feature... if you have kids..

I am happy with this rod...when I ordered it I needed a rod for a 110" window in living room...I chose this one because I figured that the drapes I purchased would really highlight the lighter tones of the end decorative ball....the ball is much darker then the picture but I made right choice because even though the ball is much darker then pictured my drapes still pulled the hint of litter tones in the ball...all in all the rod looks great and is sturdy enough to hold 2 100" x 63" heavyweight Cotten insulted blackout drape panels.

These are definitely more green than brown. But I read previous reviews so I knew they might be. I like the style of them so I'm going to keep them. If I can't stand the color after living with them I'll just sand them and paint. UPDATE w/ pictures: This item is nice and I like the style but I do wish they looked more like what is advertised (brown). Anyway, the only other drawback to this product is that it is not very strong; I wouldn't hang anything too heavy on them if you aren't able to use the center bracket. The pole sags just a tiny bit in the center (really not even noticeable) we can't use the center brace because of the style of curtain we bought here on Amazon RHF Thermal Insulated Blackout Patio door Curtain Panel, Sliding door curtains, Wide curtains: 100W by 84L Inches-Chocolate I would buy again if they made them in different colors.

Read some negative reviews before I purchased this curtain rod, but I now have three of them. And all have met expectations. If you want haute couture, no, these aren't for you. If you want good quality at a very reasonable price, yep, these fit the bill. And the "marble" balls are on the greenish side of brown. Which was perfect for my olive-colored drapes. Just sayin'. As others have noted, do pre-drill your holes. The screws' aluminum material is weak; will strip easily. But measure carefully and pre-drill, and all will be good.

This is a nice curtain rod, but it was very difficult to install. Why? Because the screws that come with it are very cheaply made and strip out when using a drill to put them in. We ended up using some better made screws that fortunately we had on hand. It does look nice now that it is up, but getting it up was the problem.

Purchased this curtain rod to match as closely as I could to another rod in same room. Actually like this one better! Very sturdy, attractive and easy to install. A good buy.

Gorgeous curtain rod! We bought this to go in our living room and it's a perfect addition! The colors of the balls match the curtains very well. We like that it looks like marble and is not something lots of people would have on their curtain rods. When we ordered it said to expect in one to two months and it came in just over a week! This was a pleasant surprise and made us all the happier with our purchase.

I just got the hanging rod but had installed 4 separate deeper holders ahead for it ready to be used due to blinds. HERE IS THE WARNING. The TWO wider tubes are to be attached to the marble ball at the ends of the rod and THE SKINNIER tube goes in the MIDDLE, if you have a wide window like I do mine is 106inches. What threw me off as one skinny tube had a screw in tread for the ball and only after extracting the tread piece was I able to screw it into the marble END BALL to the wider end of the thicker tube and then hang it properly. I do not know if this was a defect from the factory or someone purchased it and returned it. BUT the wider tubes go to the outer side and the skinnier tube fits in as a bridge in the middle. Looks great and it is a great price. Looks elegant and classy. I am very happy with the purchase. I am now waiting to receive the desert rose colored drapes to hang them on. This rod was reasonably priced and arrived at a decent speed. Very happy with the purchase and would recommend it highly to family and friends.

Terribles en cuanto a su fijación. Los tornillos se barren para fijar los tubos. No los recomiendo.

works fine but we have it out over 100" and the middle portion sags. that section could be stronger built.

I bought 2 sets for my house They were easy to install and look very nice. I recommend highly.
