It’s an excellent product. Looks very aesthetic and also performs well. After six years of use the pushback pin on the power plug became loose and lost. Difficult to get a spare in market. No contact available for customer service. Have asked for support in the FAQ. Hopefully I will get the support. Review: Not working after few usage - The product is not as good as I thought . I used it very few times. Initially it was working very good and I was happy with it.
