This is a fine little machine, and was in better condition than Id expected. I put Debian on it and am using it as a small headless home server, and it performs very well. It can hardware transcode multiple video streams so it's working great as a media server. Lots of fun to play around with. The included keyboard and mouse are fine for initial setup, but I won't be keeping them. I'm also not sure if there is onboard wifi -- if there is, Debian didn't recognize the adapter, so I just used a USB dongle I had lying around for installing the OS, then switched over to a wired connection once I had the basics installed.

On time clean works great

The computer is great, works perfectly for me. Be prepared for buy a decent mouse and keyboard because the ones that comes with it are just garbage.

A very good deal. It runs fast and cool. The SSHD is only a half TB, but it's not a main machine here, so I'll never fill it. It did arrive with a WIFI adapter in one of the rear USB ports, and it logged in easily. I'll be running it on ethernet anyway. I mentioned it because people complained about the lack of a $10 dongle. The Linux Mint installation promptly got rid of the Windows 11, and the sun is shining and bluebirds are singing and there are rainbows and unicorns, without Microsoft.

it’s FAST. I don’t see what type of DDR ram it has though, which is a downside. It shows that it has DDR4 but task manager doesn’t display that. Oh well the pc is super fast and really good. Trust me if you add a decent GPU you’ll be just fine.

Bought this unit in Feb 7 2023, died in July. Comes up no bootable device. Very disappointed as we lost all data on it. Replaced it with a new system, and this one has been setting on a shelf. Today, while cleaning out the shelves, removed that NVMe SSD 512G. Plugged it into my NVMe adapter, and sure enough, the drive was dead. Order new SSD drive and gonna use this unit as a backup.

This computer would have been great but Amazon falsely advertised this as containing an optical drive for DVD use and there is none. They advertised options that contained a drive a a cheaper alternative that did not. I ordered and paid for the one which had the drive and received one without any drive. I got a replace within a few days of my noticing this issue, however the replacement was the exact same incorrect item. I am trying still to figure out from Amazon if they actually have the one I ordered and paid for as advertised. Note that the optical drive is a requirement if you want to set up WiFi access, which I need for work and school accounts. This is putting me in a very bad position as I need this computer for school and work and have already installed my Microsoft applications software into the defected computer, also purchased thru Amazon, before I realized the drive does not exist. Actually it cakes you out because it appears to have the DVD drive, but there is no actual button to open it. I called Dell who looked up the item by service ticket and was able to confirm that not only is there no warranty on this item (which I understand as this is a Microsoft refurbished product sold by Amazon) but this item does not come with an optical drive, as Amazon is advertising. I am giving one star because of the terrible position this had put me in and the fact they keep sending me the exact same device - an overall lack in customer service as I see it. Please be aware this item DOES NOT HAVE an optical drive and therefore the adapter and software provided in order to get WiFi connection is useless. You can only use direct Ethernet connection with this PC. I am updating this review to three stars because even though this item was falsely advertised, the customer service rep at Amazon, Ms. Kareen, worked diligently for about two hours to achieve a favorable result under the circumstances and for that I am most appreciative.

Al ser reacondicionada, tenía mis dudas. Pero quedé más que satisfecho, el equipo lo adquirí para equipo de oficina, y trabaja estupendo, con muy buenas características, sin duda recomendado, pues es un muy buen equipo a precio accesible

La rapidez del equipo, el buen desempeño en todas las aplicaciones que le he instalado, y la estética le daría un 9.

Se me reiniciaba al principio resetee de fábrica y sin ningún problema llevo usándola un año en mi oficina y solo una vez se me ha reiniciado. La computadora vuela por el precio, excelente producto

El equipo funciona perfectamente, y las condiciones externas son muy buenas incluye un teclado y un mouse muy sencillos (basicos)

Solo me funcionó 3 meses y se dañó la tarjeta madre. La compré por la marca, pero me arrepiento perdí mi dinero 💸
