Great cup holder for scooter
Great and durable

Convenient and easy to install.
Easy to install and folds up for a low profile. Very convenient. However, from experience we know that you may not be able to get through some doorways when using the holder with a drink.

Easy to I stall
I broke my drink holder a while back and held off on replacing it because I thought it would be too difficult to install on my own. Boy, was I wrong! It took all of like 5 minutes for me, a disabled person, to replace it. You do need an Allen key for the screws on the seat, but I already had Allen bits for my electric screwdriver. Can't wait to start using it again!

No Redeeming Quality
I gave it a star for showing up. I ride a Pride Pursuit2 and this is the first accessory that I had trouble with. Installation was strait forward but a little tricky. I had to actually remove the arm rest, align the holder and reassemble the armrest sandwiched between the parts. I went for a ride today after filling a new metal cup with ice and placing it in the holder. The first rough patch I hit, the new cup was ejected from the holder onto the pavement. New cup is now useless. The holder looks nice, and if you just want to sit and look at it, it does a nice job. If you actually want to use it in your travels, get something else. For me, it was a waste of money and effort.

Mixed
I just received this item a few hours ago so I cannot speak to how it will hold up over time. I did notice a few points right out of the gate though. First, this thing is very difficult to install on my Pride Victory 10. The hole in the mounting, for the screw in the arm of the scooter seat is too small. I had to bore it out, just a bit, to get the screw through. Second, the upper part of the holder is very limp and just falls down around whatever you have in there. I put a standard 16 ounce soda bottle in it and it will not stay. While it can sit on the little shelf, the holder part simply falls down to the base of the drink. If I move the scooter then the drink just falls right out. Maybe a big coffee mug might work, I don't know.

Very sturdy and easy to install
I recently had the cup holder replaced on my scooter. The holder is sturdy, holds my cup/water bottle firmly. The only problem with it is it sticks out and is in the way. It should be able to mount on the front of the arm rest and not the side

With Pride
My order came on time. The cup holder for my electric wheelchair has some weight to it since its metal. Very sturdy! Made well. Took husband 5 minutes to put on. Thank you Pride and Amazon. Very pleased with my order!

Close, but still needs the bugs worked out.
After only using this item one time and having it installed less than one week. The cup holder is heavy and appears to be well made. I used a 20 oz bottle of Mt Dew Zero as the test item. The test was conducted with the side arms adjusted snuggly against the sides of the bottle. 1. The bottle fell from the holder 3 times during a 20 minute time period. Once on a tile floor. Once on a carpeted floor. And once in a parking lot with a black top surface. After the test I noticed. 1. The holder no longer sat level. The weight of the bottle bent the holder. 2. When the item was folded to the up-right storage/closed position the unit had lost its spring leaving the base of the unit sagging open with a 1/2 inch gap near the top. My conclusion: 1. The metal bracket is not thick enough to support the weight of a standard drink bottle. Using a heavier gage metal would help lower the vibration. 2. The bottom surface where the drink sits is smooth and allows the drink to slide around and bounce out of the recessed area where the drink should sit. 3. The spring metal used to hold the item in the up-right position is not spring metal and it is not heavy enough to hold its shape. This item works best when used while the chair is stationary. And I would limit the size of the drink to a 12 oz beverage can or equivalent cup.

Worth the money!
Obviously with the "Pride" name attached, this cup holder wasn't cheap. But it was easy to mount to my wife's wheelchair "swing-away" joystick holder. Just had to drill a couple of holes to match existing mounting holes - 5 minutes work. Don't let the Pride name fool you; this can be adapted to any power wheelchair brand.
