I felt like my 1L contracts class was so incredibly dull and so pedantic that it made what is actually a really interesting topic to me a very boring class to have to take. Teaching with a casebook and then using this as well would've changed everything.

This is great. Very helpful guide for getting into contract drafting. Law schools really ought to have more of this type of experiential learning in the 1L contracts class. It'd make things more concrete and actually help develop practical skills. I felt like my 1L contracts class was so incredibly dull and so pedantic that it made what is actually a really interesting topic to me a very boring class to have to take.
