My contractor installed it Saturday 9/12 with no problems, i used it for the first time last night and was disappointed. 1) What are the 24 settings? The shower head has 3 settings: a nice "rain shower" & 2 more sprays with about 1" range that doesn't do anything for me. 2) the turn switch is on the left, i walk in on the right so if i just want to use the handspray, i literally have to walk into the shower to turn the switch. 3) i turned the switch but water came out from both hand & wall sprays!! What a disappointment that was. The sliding bar is a nice feature otherwise. I have emailed the co. asking what i can do to get just the handspray to spray water & not both coming out at the same time. Will i recommend this?
