We swear by this to stop our leg cramps. It works fast. Not sure if it would work as well on hairy legs though. It is sticky and takes a while to dry. It can stain your sheets if you get back in bed before your leg is dry, but it washes right out.

Have a family member who suffers from lower leg cramps. This stuff goes on easily and really works quickly at giving them relief.

My husband gets frequent leg cramps. He feels this product works best. When he is very active he puts on before bed to prevent or lessen pain from cramping.

This is an update to my earlier review, posted a few years ago. CRAMP 911 Is the ONLY OTC product that relieves the nighttime misery of severe restless leg syndrome (RLS) as well as the more common muscle cramps. I use Cramp 911 almost every night in addition to prescription medication for RLS. One application generally provides enough relief to sleep. Application is important and though I follow the package directions to apply it to a slightly larger area than the obvious, I find massaging it in while it is still damp helps immensely. Persistent or severe cramps may take a second or rarily even a third application . Do not give up if it doesn’t work with the first application. It will work if you take your time and massage it in. Negatives are minor in my opinion however the product is a little greasy at first, but it dries pretty quickly and does not remain greasy on the skin. It is nearly odorless. When first applied, there is a very, very slight odor, but it goes away as soon as the product dries which is very quickly. The only real negative is that as it is in a Roll on applicator it will leak if left on its side and will evaporate if the lid is not tight. I do not recommend placing an opened bottle in luggage. When I travel, I put an unopened bottle in a plastic bag in my luggage as a back up. When it is sealed for delivery, I find it does not easily leak. As I will need it during the travel I place the opened bottle in my carry-on in an upright position tightly sealed with a bag over it. I find I cannot be without it, especially when traveling, where my legs are in a sitting position for extended periods of time. However, these years later, there is still no better product that I have found. It is amazing.

The packaging was great … the package Arron good condition. Now as to how effective the roll on is .. so far it has been great ! Relieved the leg and ankle cramps rapidly. I am happy with the Cramps 911 roll on.

It doesn't seem to be available just now, but if it reappears, definitely get. it! I get the worst foot and leg cramps at times and this roll on relieves it in minutes. The only issue with this larger size is that it may leak inside the box if it falls over or gets jostled as when traveling. The smaller glass bottles didn't have that issue.

Great product at good value and shipped quickly. I often get extremely painful and debilitating calf cramps at night. My wife found this lotion years ago and I keep it bedside. Simply amazing how well and quickly it gives relief (works in seconds).

This product works very well for major muscle spasms. Just make sure you rub it in well otherwise it won't be as effective. Read the directions.
