I've been on a regimen of these all iron folic acid vitamin d and vitamin c and my iron is perfect on my blood test

As a physician, I prescribed iron supplements very frequently. I personally hate them! They cause indigestion, nausea, black stools, and especially constipation. This has two different forms of iron, and is one of the best tolerated supplements for most people. I have personally taken it, and had the fewest side effects from it than any other product I have tried.

Taking other iron supplements upsets my stomach, but these are much better and I can tolerate the little upset they cause because I need them.

Works great

I bought this iron for the heme iron content, which makes it absorb better. My blood levels are improving. I’m still noticing an issue with constipation occasionally, even with a high fiber diet, but it is not as bad as it used to be with another brand. I have had no other side effects. Overall, I’m very pleased with this product.

This iron supplement is a bit more costly than others, but due to how my body absorbs iron this is what my doctor recommends. I found that it is less expensive through Amazon than the regular cost at the pharmacy, and not all pharmacies carry it.

i dont know if my iron level improved or not but so far with this iron supplement,i have no burps,no constipation,no bloating,no heartburn,i take this every other day at empty stomach with liposomal vitamin C.
