Both sets arrived well packaged and complete. The tray that comes with the set is made of hard white plastic that does not seem as sturdy as it should and does not look good. One of the trays had a little hole in it right out of the box. since the trays will be used only for storage when not in used, the little hole is not a deal breaker for me.I also ordered a 6-piece set of forks and spoons in both black and copper to complete my 40 piece sets. The salad forks and spoons look smaller that expected, but they measure what was advertised... so I will blame it on perception. the copper color of the extra 6-piece sets is closer to a dark gold that copper, and they do not match the dark copper of the 40 piece set sold by the same company. The black color in the extra pieces matches well the black of the 40 piece set.These pieces feel comfortable and look well made.
