Valore VS-1205 Simplicity Retrofit Shower Panel

The product in-and-of itself is great. It looks sleek and could be a nice retrofit for a shower. I returned it without installing after realizing this unit does not turn the water on/off for the shower. It is only a shower head replacement. I thought the bottom knob in the images would control the main water line, and a second feature would direct the water to the handle/body sprayer/head. I was incorrect. I’m sure I overlooked that in the produce description. Still a nice unit, so it gets 5 start. I can’t dock the product for my own ignorance.

This was the best solution for us to provide a wand (hand shower) with our shower without breaking open the tile. We glued the holder onto the wall and mounted the panel on our previous shower head attachment. No drilling! :-D So far it has performed well. Minus one star because 1) on the parts list #7 (flow regulator) is listed but not present or otherwise mentioned. It is probably already attached to the panel...but that is confusing and delayed our project as we sought solutions. 2) Assembly diagram shows several items to attach (pg 4-9) for the hand shower, but no directions when to connect it during assembly. 3) The model number VS1205 is common to various versions, which is also confusing because multiple videos refer to it but are about different panels. Overall we are happy with the panel. looks good and having a wand is very helpful. The hose is long enough to allow you to rinse the bathtub, for example.

Super excited about taking a shower again. It was very easy to install, shipped fast, installed in about 25 mins following the instructions. I left the original shower pipe and used the 3M stickers. #loveit. Makes taking a shower fun again!!!

I bought one of these 7 years ago and it has worked perfectly. The shower head nozzels went bad so I replaced the entire unit. I decided to up grade to the higher price model, I got two defective units with the same problem over 3 or more weeks. So i decided to go back to this model and it is just ok. Very poorly printed dial on knob.

This is the best deal if you're looking for a quality shower panel. It was easy to install, no drilling necessary, but you can. Works like a charm. I bought two and will buy more in the future. Make an ordinary bathroom pop!

I has an issue with the unit 2 months after installing. Customer service was very responsive, and when the parts in question could not be replaced, they sent me a replacement unit.

I like this product very much very elegant look on a budget but a lot of water wasn’t coming out and the reason behind that is because of the hose I changed it to a different hose and now it’s so much better

The size is good but the unit has a major faulty design. The connection from the wall to the hose keeps popping off with any amount of pressure. The handle is plastic. One of the biggest issues is also with their 3m method, you will see the bracket that has to hold the bracket.
