Excellent electrolyes
I sweat a lot. This replaces that sweat. No cramps in sight. Tastes fine too.

Great product for racing and training
I’ve been using this product for years. It has great taste, quality and helps with dialing in your electrolytes with different tablets with different amount of sodium. Must buy!

Effective Hydration for Active Lifestyles!
I’ve been using Precision Hydration Electrolyte Tablets for a while now, and they’ve been a game-changer for staying hydrated during intense workouts and long runs. The tablets dissolve quickly in water, and the flavors are refreshing without being overpowering. What I love most is how these tablets are designed for different sweat levels, so I can tailor my hydration based on my needs. They’re not too sweet and don’t have that artificial aftertaste that other products sometimes leave behind. I’ve noticed fewer cramps and better overall performance since I started using them. If you're serious about staying properly hydrated during exercise, I highly recommend these electrolyte tablets. They’re easy to use, effective, and taste great

Works
I do feel really hydrated after putting it in my water, but there was some gross stuff on the outside of the package. It kinda made me not want to use it but it looked fine on the inside. I look like burnt pieces of the tablets.

Great for recovery
I use this for when I want to recover or know I haven’t drunk enough water. Great for traveling and walking 20k steps. After taking this, your energy level will increase and you’ll feel strong enough to do the 20k the next day. I just pop this in my water bottle and try to finish before going to sleep. Flavour is not strong but your experience might vary.

Great for fat adapted and Keto athletes
The short: Precision Hydration is great for anyone who suffers from cramps and/or lives in hot+humid places like south Texas. I've tried many of the big name products out there for my hydration/nutrition, including Hammer, Skratch, GU, SIS, and NUUN. Precision Hydration (PH) what I'll be using long term. I've been able to create a more modular fueling method for my fat adapted cycling. The Long: Eight months ago I became fat adapted by following a low-carb high-fat (LCHF) diet, which is less strict than keto and made for endurance athletes. My nutritionist recommended PH1500 as Texas summers are hot and humid. A combination of PH1500 and UCAN has allowed me to increase my endurance and keep the cramps and dehydration at bay. These puppies have twice the electrolytes of SIS tablets and cause zero GI issues. On my longer endurance bike rides, I drop one tablet of PH and one scoop of UCAN Superstarch per bottle and take one bottle per hour. This keeps my body burning fat as PH is not loaded with all the sugars the like the other products mentioned above. The lack of sugars also help keep bottles and hydration pack cleaner and mold free, which is an added bonus. **I am not sponsored by Precision Hydration in any way shape or form, I just want to spread the word about a product that has worked wonders for me.

Tasty, no aftertaste, mildly expensive
Recommended by two fellow cyclists and GCN, I hesitantly tried a bottle. Just from a taste perspective made every flavor of GU hydration taste over the top and not a fan of the Fizz. And they use the diarrhetic artificial sweetener Sorbitol which you guys thankfully do not. What you guys do have is Polyethylene Glycol (Its marketed as MiraLAX and is osmotic laxative) that thankfully have not given me problems yet. It dissolves well, seems to hold up being stored in the heat, can't really say its effective, other than the fact that I haven't had a heat exhaustion moment since drinking a sip of this every five miles or so.

Best electrolyte tablet out there
I work out probably 2 hours a day almost every day. 2/3 of those days are cardio-oriented, and being a man who sweats profusely, these tablets are invaluable on those days. Haven't had any cramps or exhaustion due to electrolyte loss since taking them. And the flavor actually isn't bad, doesn't taste chemically. I would highly recommend these to people, but they are a little costly.
