Review: great for herbicide cut and paint - I have used these for years for applying 20-22% glyphosate to cut stumps of invasive woody plants. The snap-on cap is very secure, doesn't leak, and is easy to remove and replace. And it's tough plastic. You have a 30-60 second window to apply the herbicide to the surface after cutting, so keep the marker handy while you prune. Warning: Put the cap in a secure place when using it, or you can spend a long time searching for it if you have pushed it onto the bottom end of the marker and it falls off.
