Reduces my hot flashes!
I find it extremely helpful for hot flashes! Apart from the quality of the omega 3 complex, the additional essential oil combination is magical! I now only have 6-8 hot flashes a day as opposed to 3-4 per hour.

Good product. The fishy taste is masked with a 'lemon-y' flavor that makes consuming this product easier.

I've used DoterrA vitamins off and on for some time now. I have found that something in this particular vitamin has kept my headaches at bay! A little background on me: I have suffered headaches and migraines my entire life. After a food allergy test and eliminating certain foods from my diet my headaches went away but not my headaches. I would suffer 3-4 a week and they always lasted at least a day. As a mom of 2 I just can't deal with that all the time. When I started the vitamins my headaches stopped! But after a few months I just couldn't handle paying the $100 from doterra for the vitality pack. After some trail and error I found that this was the vitamin that took my headaches away! So I turned to Amazon to get the free shipping and have been taking this everyday since!

Awesome product
This product is great, I have been taking it for over 5 years and don't need reflux drugs anymore and I even have a hiatal hernia. I take 1 in the morning and 1 before bed.

This product was highly recommended, and I must say it is a very good supplement. No after taste etc. the only thing that I did have to change was the dosage that was stated by the manufacturer to take 4 tablets. I take just 2 a day because they are mega doses and 2 seemed to be much better to my system. All in all a good buy!

They arrived stuck to the inside of the bottle and have been hard to take out. Being it is fish oil, I think the fact that they melted impacted their strength and also harder to smell. I've taken these before and this bottle just seemed off.
