When it quits cutting your beard! I've had my ES8103 for 5 years and I'm still using the same blades! The shaver will probably shoot craps before the blades quit cutting.

Hi Leslie, I think I Googled the model number and "Panasonic" and got the replacement blade model #. If you only need the blades and not the outer foil also it's way cheaper.
