Sun Essential Oils Patchouli Essential Oil, 2oz – Aromatherapy Oil for Diffusers

This is what patchouli should smell like- takes me back to the 70's Mixed with a carrier oil, it blends well and is a perfect scent- smells like high dollar perfume at a fraction of the cost. Only use a small amount- is all it takes. I have purchased this several times now, and shared with others who compliment the scent.

I wouldn’t buy this brand. I purchased several bottles of various oils including patchouli, eucalyptus, rosemary and lemon. The rosemary and eucalyptus aren’t even 100% essential oils, there was some other ingredient in it which shouldn’t be. The oils smell weak or just straight up gross. The patchouli is the worst of the four… I don’t know what but it seems like these are just poor quality if they’re even 100% essential oils at all. There is no way to contact the company “Sun Essential Oils” on Amazon or online, that I could find anyway. You can return but there is no way to know the quality of these things until you open it. Some of them like the lemon is used for making cleaners so it’s not a huge deal but the patchouli is for perfume and this one sucks. I know the low prices are tempting but save your money and just buy a better brand because I have to use probably double the patchouli in my spray and it still doesn’t even smell right. The eucalyptus smells artificial. Two thumbs down. 👎

This product lasted (still lasting) quite a while! & I use it mostly daily. & multiple times a day sometimes. Ex: in baths, with lotion as a moisturizer, straight onto skin instead of using perfumes, etc. It smells great and the smell lasts long too. I think it has a carrier oil included though, which is actually kind of convenient since it doesnt irritate my skin when I use it by itself. Only negative would be that when I recieved it, it was leaking quite a bit but could've just been the seal or something.

Sun Oils are affordable and good uality. This Patchouli isn't as strong smelling as some others, but it is long lasting. I use it on my skin and hair and I can smell it easily. It would probably be good for diffusion or vaporizing, though I've never used it that way

So this is 8 ounces of patchouli oil. The aroma of it isn’t quite as pungent as others I’ve used, it smells fine, it just doesn’t carry or last as long as others I’ve used in the past. The bottle isn’t as dark as others, so maybe it’s lost some potency? I use it for my beard and skin moisturizer. And it seems to be fine.

Patouli is a great essential oil. I use it slot in my house for my son's who have autism/ ADHD. It helps them to focus and concentrate. It's a very calming and soothing essential oil and it's an asset to have in my home. We use it in the diffuser each night at bedtime and they have to lasting effects all day of what was absorbed all night. I can really tell the difference on days that I don't give it to them. This is a great essential oil and I am so glad I got it for them I purchased this product for a reduced price to give an honest and unbiased review .
