It's written in an easy and comfortable way of reading, and the chapters are organised in a consistent way, different than many other books of kung fu, where you can't really see the link between chapters. Highly recommended for the one looking for deep concepts of the Hakka kung fu and its philosophy.

This is the first kung fu book where I could really find high quality concepts and theories on the Hakka approach.
