**Q: how is it chelated, for example as molybdenum glycate, picolinate, citrate?**
A: The label of my bottle says "Amino Acid Chelate".  Nothing more specific

**Q: Does this contain sugar, gluten, and/or dairy?**
A: It does contain Rice Flour, which is a lectin - closely related to gluten. Both lectin and gluten are anti-nutrients.

**Q: What are the ingredients?**
A: 250 mcg Molybdenum as Molybdenum AMINO Acid ChelateOther Ingredients: rice flour,celluose, croscarmellose sodium, silica and magnesium stearate.

**Q: Is it possible to cut this in half with a pill cutter?**

I don’t need much molybdenum, but I need some, and splitting other tiny pills was tedious. These are tiny, too, but at 250 mcg/tablet, I don’t have to split them, and if I’m having more die-off from my Candida program than usual, I can take 2 at a meal. I also appreciate that it’s only Mbdm, without other ingredients that might complicate my monitoring of what supplement causes what results.
