Wayne 1-1/2" Check Valve Kit

Recently installed this checkvalve on a new Wayne sump pump. Very simple installation. I used 1.25 inch pipe. You simply have to flip the rubber boot connector over and use the 2 clamps provided. Been raining 2 straight days since install so it is has been running a lot. Probably have 60-70 cycles on it so it’s very early in the longevity game. This is a new install. Previous stand pump was here and old when we moved into the house 27 yrs ago. We’ll see how this one holds up. Checkvalve is quiet and seals good (no back flow) so far. Arrived 3 days after ordering. No issues.

Used this for a sump pump install in an outdoor location. Seems to be a good check valve. We shall see over time if it has any issues being outside all year. It fits PVC pipe well. I liked that it came with the clamps and it fit easily onto my sump pump

It is exactly as described and fit well. Made swapping out sump pump easier in a time when basement was flooding.

Attached to 1/2 horse Wayne sump.No issues.Like the fact you don’t get all that backwash from the pipe spilling back into the pit

I am that new houseowner that moved to the country side from the city, with zero knowledge about plumbing. Had my immersive sump-pump broken once we moved in, was really stressed about it as I started learning what is a sum pump, why is that important and so on since I have never dealt/heard about it before. Googles and Youtube a bit, took my shoot to replace it myself. Old pump looked like a titanic engine piece, so rusty, the pipe didn't come out. so I had to cut it. that is when I decided to buy this product so I didnt have to replace the whole pipe streamline. Worked perfectly, not one drop of water coming off it the rubber is really thick the braces are strong, end project, new sump-pump installed, working, no leaking and saved couple of hundred from calling a plumber :)

This is a great thing to have on your pump line. Works as it should. Perfect.

Easy to install and adapts easily to replace old equipment.

It arrived in working condition and still works a few months later. It's a sump pump.Not much to like or dislike. The only thing to rate is its longevity. Haven't had it long enough to judge that.
