Can these be worn under pants?** A: These are underwear. I started wearing these because of chaffing and ingrown hairs in groin area. Since I started wearing these I do not have that problem anymore. These are unnoticeable under loose pants, but looks like your are wearing boxers under tighter pants. Overall I enjoy them. **Q: Are they 100% cotton?** A: I don't get how one expects undies to be 100% cotton, you gotta have a bit of stretch. These are 96/4. And they're absolutely lovely **Q: Wear 18 plus sbould.i go up a sz?** A: I would go with the size you were in underwear. I wear a size 12 in regular panties. I bought the 5 xl in these and they were a little loose. I could probable have gone with 4xl but they were out at the time I purshased them. I hope that helps. **Q: Is the crotch area comfortable?** A: To me the crotch was bulky. The stitching is -like reinforced, so it will never tear, but that makes it “stand out”. And becuase they fit snug I notice the stitching. I bought both the Medium and the Large sizes, and both fit comfortably. Medium is a little more snug, but not in an unpleasant way. I like the Large when I feel a little bloated, and the Medium if I am wearing a tighter pair of jeans. I am 5'4", and the legs on either size land somewhere halfway down the thigh, *perfectly* below the "chub rub" zone. These do not pinch/rub where normal underwear elastic leg holes would be. They come up high enough on my belly to go over my 'muffin top.' They easily cover my badonkadonk without the gap in the back, and without sagging low enough to see any crack. (I would NOT wear these with low rise jeans and a crop top, but with my shape, I don't wear those anyway.) They are comfortable enough to wear for sleeping, and the black or gray pairs can pass as pajama shorts under a night gown/long T-shirt.--- The most helpful information about DURABILITY/USE: ---I work outside, in a hot and humid environment. I wear cargos for work, and with my size, they cause serious chub rub in any other pair of underwear. These are a GODSEND. Seriously. When they're almost dry I pop them into the dryer to finish which keeps the softness.Pros: they wash well, the material is soft, they stretch well, fit my thighs well and didn't roll up under my skinny jeansCons: they run small for butt space. I'm plus size because I have a true apple bottom. That part of me is 100% butt muscle with no jiggle. I have a little bit of stomach but definitely more butt. In Lane Bryant I'm 18/20 in underwear. Here, I ordered a 3x which should have been sufficient based on the provided measurements but it wasn't. I made it work for a few days but came back to order up another size to 4x. So for true curvy girls I would say go up two sizes so that you don't have more material on your stomach and a low-rise affect in the back. My preference is not to have that draft back there and plumbers crack. I didn't like that there was a tag sewn right in the back seam either. Guys have had no waistband and tagless underwear since Jordan played basketball. Why was that not a thought here? Be careful thinking you can remove the tag because doing so easily causes a hole.So, this product is worth a try because it was nice to let my whoo-ha breath and not have a crease in the crotch area from tight leg openings.
