### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fat Bread

I always had problems getting good yeast locally.  I don't think our grocery stores know how to store it properly.  I decided to try Amazon and bought a 2 pound vacuum pack 2 years ago.  Once the package was opened I stored the yeast in the refrigerator in a well sealed container and brought it to room temperature when I needed to use it.  It performed very well.  When I started running low I was pleased to find a 1 pound vacuum pack.  I've baked bread using it and it is performing equally well.  The vacuum pack increases my chances of getting good, active yeast to start with.  After that, it's up to me to store it properly so it maintains its ability to make fat loaves of bread.

I’m a vegan baker and have been using the bobs red mill active dry yeast for some time now and there’s always an issue with the yeast. It rises, but not as much and slowly. I got fed up and bought the red star yeast. So hard to explain, but just by changing the brand of yeast my dough is softer, rises faster, and rises beautifully.
