They do not stretch at all. After one use, where I did about 4 sets of 10 leg exercises, my back pulled out of alignment and I was in horrible pain for a week. In terms of arm exercises, they are completely impossible as the bands are too tight. The large is barely big enough to be used by an adult, and the small and medium are for children only, but too tight to use. I literally could barely get 1 leg into the small one, and I am a size 8. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ THESE ARE BOMB! *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on April 30, 2020* These are for if you want the ultimate resistance during your workouts. Iv'e had these and the rubber ones. I will say I prefer having both options only because they both can be used for different motions. The rubber ones are more stretchy and are easier to use, especially if using for arm workouts, etc. BUT these ones for the legs, thighs and butt are a total WIN. ### ⭐ These are NOT resistance bands *by S***N on Reviewed in the United States on April 26, 2020* These were way to thick and impossible to stretch. I consider myself to be a pretty athletic person, but these bands were more likely to make me pull a muscle rather than give me a good workout. I do not recommend them because they don't provide any resistance.
