This pillow is soft and comfortable. It returns to its proper shape when not in use. Appears made well with soft materials. Don’t know how well it would take a washing.

This was a great purchase. I love that it has an extra loop with a snap closure, making it easy to securely attach to any bag. I unfortunately lost my previous one during my last trip after leaving it in a rental car, so I replaced it and even purchased two more (grey and navy) for my family.

Great and comfy

Arrived scrunched up, but applying heat made it puff fully up and the texture is nice. The fabric on the outside it luxurious feeling. But falls almost loosely around the pillow. It does not secure around my neck making it useless to me. I did also take it out of the cover and noticed the red spotting marks. Though many reviews said it was mold, I dont agree for mold to grow it needs oxygen and moisture and it will smell bad. It came well packaged fully vacuumed and sealed plastic bag and there was no moisture present. So I believe its just oxidation from sitting in a warehouse. And though it does smell like memory foam it doesn't smell like rot or anything else. Because it doesn't secure firmly I will be returning this but I think it would have been a nice pillow.

Comfort is good. Fabric is nice, filling forgiving enough but strong enough to give support, shaped to be tight enough around neck...just wish there was a loop and bag... Too hard for my liking... not comfortable on my neck or head. To be fair, this is the first time I bought one of these, so I'm not sure if they're all the same but it's very big, hard and tight, It gave me a claustrophobia feeling... I just didn't like it. **Edit** I changed my rating to 5 stars due to their customer service support. Once they read my review they reached out to me directly, apologized for any inconvenience and gave me a refund asap. In all the years I've used Amazon and all the products I've returned, this is the first company to ever do that. I am extremely impressed with the way they handled my situation. As I stated in my first review, this is the first travel pillow I have ever tried, so it might be a great pillow, but I would not know because I have nothing to compare it to. After all they did get many good reviews. That is the main reason I went with them to begin with. I also want to say I did not use it as a travel pillow, I used it as a pillow mostly for a neck gap because I am sleeping on a recliner at the moment due to a medical issue. So again, my review might be totally off and it could possibly be the best travel pillow out there! 😊

Didnt stand 2 travels and was cut

I got this travel pillow for my dad to use on his vacation flight. He loved it on the airplane so much that he now uses it at home in the living room for napping in the recliner! 🤣 A true testament to the comfort of this travel pillow.

Good product go for it

Have tried all types of travel pillows for use in reclined sofas, airplane seats. This one is simple and comfortable. Nice if it came with a clear plastic travel bag I've seen strapped to luggage or back packs.
